PEORIA, Ill. — The Peoria County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a man found in the Allen Rd. Walmart parking lot late Tuesday night.
“We have a male who was in his 30s that was found in a semi, potentially his own semi. I’m not sure about that detail yet,” Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood said.
“The Peoria Police Department’s investigating, as well as my office. An autopsy will be performed later today (Wednesday), so that we can get a hold on what really happened to this gentleman,” Harwood adds.
The man’s identity will not be released until family is notified.
