PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police responded Sunday night around 8:25 to a report of a gunshot victim in the area of the 2500 block of N. Wisconsin.
Officers found a man with a gunshot wound in the area of Virginia and Wisconsin.
The wound was to his torso, and he was taken to a local hospital.
Public Information Officer Amy Dotson did not have any update on the man’s condition, and said there was no immediate suspect information.
