WEST PEORIA, Ill. — Raber Packing announced on Tuesday that the company is preparing for a grand opening next week at its new location.
According to Rabers, the event will be held at its West Peoria location at 3000 W. Farmington Road, on Monday, December 6, at 9 a.m.
Raber’s new facility is roughly half a mile from their original location, which burned down in a massive fire in November 2018.
The fire destroyed thousands of pounds of product, closed the business, and left workers without jobs.
Raber Packing Co. has been a part of the local community for over 60 years.
