PEORIA, Ill. – A federal search warrant was used, in part, to arrest a Peoria man on what Peoria Police only say was “numerous drug and weapon offenses.”
Officials say Peoria Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration searched a home near LaSalle and Indiana in the East Bluff around 9:30 Monday morning, and found nearly 500 grams of methamphetamine, 46 grams of heroin, more than 100 grams of cannabis, almost 200 grams of crack cocaine, 62 grams of just cocaine, a stolen handgun, and what was described as a large sum of cash.
Harold McGhee, 47, was later taken to the Peoria County Jail pending future court appearances.
