PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Firefighters are still investigating the cause of a blaze that caused significant damage in the Weaver Ridge area Saturday night.
Crews went to North Stenning Drive just before 8:00 p.m. and saw fire coming from a garage.
A car was inside the garage, but crews determined no people were inside the duplex home, nor in the adjoining one, and that everyone had evacuated.
An estimated $150,000 in damage was done, but investigators are still looking into what caused the blaze.
