PEORIA, Ill. – The Peoria man accused of shooting another man in the south Peoria area earlier this week has bond set.
James Harris, 29, was in court Friday . He’ll have to post ten percent of a $750,000 bond in order to be released from custody.
Harris faces Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery, and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon charges for the shooting Tuesday in the 2300 block of West Malone.
A man was found in a nearby alley with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Harris will be back in court January 13th.
